ETHICS

We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our crystals are ethically sourced. Whilst Lucy is forever training to improve her industry knowledge however without boots on the ground we have to trust in people’s humanity (which we do!)

HEALING PROPERTIES

Crystal healing and other types of energy work are not to be considered as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.

If either you, or someone you know, has a serious health issue, you or they should consult their own doctor and/or other appropriate professional medical practitioner, and make complementary healing part of a complete health care programme.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Should you be unhappy with your product please reach out to our team and we will do all we can to assist. Due to the individual nature of our products we do not accept refunds.

Exchange on faulty goods must be claimed within seven days of delivery. Please email photographs for insurance purposes. (This is so we can make any claims against the courier’s)

Any return postage costs will be covered and as soon as we have received your damaged item we will happily replace it. 

SHIPPING

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail and will be dispatched within two Working Day. We proudly offer FREE OF CHARGE shipping on all second class orders.
